RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Mano de Milagro sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. This is our policy because every piece is handmade to order reducing waste to a minimum. If you have any questions before purchasing a piece, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@manodemilagro.com.

If an item is damaged as a result of quality or got damaged during shipping, customers must e-mail their concern within 48 hours of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Mano de Milagro reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

SHIPPING POLICY

Mano de Milagro is not responsible for shipping costs. We ship domestic and internationally. All orders are hand-packed with care to ensure the protection of your purchase. Unless requested otherwise, all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service ("USPS"). Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and an additional 1-3 weeks for crafting.

Mano de Milagro is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All products purchased from manodemilagro.com are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Mano de Milagro. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Mano de Milagro delivers these items to the carrier.
